Kişisel Öğrenme Ortamları Projeleri

Kişisel öğrenme ortamları konusundaki çalışmalar 2000’lerin başında JISC/CETIS bünyesindeki araştırma projeleriyle başlamıştır. Bu projeler zamanla Avrupa birliği fonlarıyla desteklenen bir dizi başka projeye doğru evrilmiştir. 6. Çerçeve Programı Projeleri

  • MUPPLE [iCamp] – Innovative, Inclusive, Interactive & Intercultural Learning Campus, MUPPLE – Mash-Up Personal Learning Environments (within iCAMP) iCamp is a research and development project aiming at creating an infrastructure for collaboration and networking across systems, countries, and disciplines in Higher Education. Pedagogically it is based on constructivist learning theories that put more emphasis on self- organised learning, social networking, and the changing roles of educators. The Mash-Up Personal Learning Environment (MUPPLE) approach has been developed within iCamp, an EU project of the 6th Framework Programme. The core idea of MUPPLE deals with providing a technological infrastructure in which learners can manage their learning activities which are based on the application of web-based learning tools.   • LUISA – Learning Content Management System Using Innovative Semantic Web Services Architecture, LUISA addressed the development of a reference semantic architecture for the major challenges in the search, interchange and delivery of learning objects in a service- oriented context. This entails the technical description of the solution in terms of current SWS technology, and also the provision of the ontologies, facilities and components required to extend and enhance existing learning technology systems with the advanced capabilities provided by computational semantics.   • PROLIX – Process-oriented Learning and Information eXchange. PROLIX’ objective is to align learning management with business processes in order to support organisations in improving the competencies of their employees. Therefore, PROLIX will develop a process- and competency driven framework for interlinking business process intelligence tools on the one hand with knowledge management and learning environments on the other.   • APOSDLE (Advanced Process-Oriented Self-Directed Learning Environment), provides an environment to support individual learning to the user for work-integrated and life-long learning. Start date: 1 March 2006 Duration: 48 months Project Website: http://www.aposdle.org/,Funded: EU’s Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) – Information Society Technologies (IST).
  • KALEIDOSCOPE/TRAILS – Concepts and methods for exploring the future of learning with digital technologies. KALEIDOSCOPE was funded as a Network of Excellence for establishing a coherent and strong European Research Area in the technology-enhanced learning domain. It adopted a multidisciplinary and cross-cultural perspective and contributed to shaping the scientific evolution of technology enhanced learning.   • PROLEARN(Network of Excellence Professional Learning) PROLEARN integrated the key areas of research most relevant to professional learning in SMEs and larger companies. It worked towards bridging the gap between academic research and education and learning at the workplace. Project start: January 2004, duration 48 months. http://www.prolearn-project.org/ Many projects have their roots in the PROLEARN community like the project ROLEIP PROLIXIP TENCompetenceIP APOSDLE or STELLAR.
  • Le Active Math – Language-Enhanced, User Adaptive, Interactive eLearning for Mathematics. This project has developed a third generation learning system for mathematics that adapts to the learner and learning context. Features of the system are advanced personalisation, intelligent feedback and tutorial dialogues, open student modelling and interactivity to support active and exploratory learning.   • PALETTE – Pedagogically sustained Adaptive Learning Through the exploitation of Tacit and Explicit knowledge. The PALETTE project aims at facilitating and augmenting individual and organisational learning in Communities of Practice (CoPs). Towards this aim, an interoperable and extensible set of innovative services as well as a set of specific scenarios of use have been designed, implemented and thoroughly validated in CoPs of diverse contexts.   • TENCompetence – Building the European Network for Lifelong Competence Development. Description: The project supports networks of individuals, groups and organizations in lifelong competence development by establishing an appropriate technical and organizational infrastructure, using open-source, standards-based, sustainable, and innovative technology. TENCompetence integrates four aspects in one environment: • knowledge resource management, • learning activities, • competence development programs, and • networks for lifelong competence development.   • iClass – Intelligent Distributed Cognitive-based Open Learning Systems for Schools. iClass has combined research in the fields pedagogy, ‘Self Regulated Personalised Learning’, cognitive science and computer science to support empowerment of learners and teachers in the K12 sector.   • STELLAR, Sustaining Technology Enhanced Learning at a LARge scale, is an EU project represents the effort of the leading institutions and projects in European Technology-Enhanced Learning (TEL) to unify our diverse community. The scientific work of STELLAR is organised around three themes that guide the Grand Challenge: 1) Connecting learners 2) Orchestrating learning 3) Contextualizing virtual learning environments and instrumentalising learning contexts. http://www.stellarnet.eu/, Funded: FP7 – IST.
  • ROLE – Responsive Open Learning Environments is a European collaborative project with 16 internationally renowned research groups from6 EU countries and China. ROLE technology is centred around the concept of Self-regulated learning that creates responsible and thinking learners that are able to plan their learning process, search for the resources independently, learn and then reflect on their learning process and progress. Given this task, ROLE´s main objective is to support teachers in developing the open personal learning environments for their students where they can train each of the phases mentioned. http://www.role-project.eu/
  • GRAPPLE (Generic Responsive Adaptive Personalised Learning Environment), This project aims at delivering a technology-enhanced learning environment for life-long learning, able to automatically adapt to personal preferences, prior knowledge, skills and competences, learning goals and the personal or social context in which the learning takes place. Lifeong Learning Programı Projeleri

  • PLEbaum, Lifelong Learning Programme – Leonardo da Vinci, Duration: 1st of December 2009 to 30th of November 2011, The project partners which come from four European countries plan to develop and implement a Personal Learning Environment (PLE) in arboriculture and forestry by using Web 2,0 technologies like wikis, blogs, podcasts etc. http://ple-baum.eu/

    POLITICS is a project financed by the Lifelong Learning Programme (LLP) of the European Union, which aims to provide a Personal Learning Environment (PLE) built around the concept of digital storytelling.

eContentPlus Programı Projeleri

  • ICOPER – Interoperable Content for Performance in a Competency-driven Society. The EU co-funded eContentplus Best Practice Network ICOPER challenges the current lack of widely accepted standards and their adoption in higher education institutions and continuing education centres. The overall ICOPER objective is to overcome the obstacle of widely accepted standards in order to facilitate an effective and European-wide implementation of learning technologies as well as the delivery of competency-driven Open Educational Resources (“OER”). The technical ICOPER objective is the integration of OER with instructional models considering IMS-LD.   • OpenScout, OpenScout stands for “Skill based scouting of open user-generated and community-improved content for management education and training”.
